This site uses no third-party analytics or behavioral tracking. Submissions are stored encrypted at rest, accessible only to office staff under role-based access control. Submitter IP addresses are not stored — only a daily-rotated one-way hash, retained for abuse detection.

Channel notice. The form below is suitable for non-sensitive tips. For sensitive material, withhold identifying information here and request the office's current end-to-end-encrypted intake channel (Signal / SecureDrop-style) by writing from a non-attributable address.
