Findings narrative
Three of three measured POS terminals exceeded forward-reach maximum. One of three measured aisles fell below the 36-inch accessible-aisle minimum. All three measured PIN-pads were touchscreen-only with no tactile alternative, raising independent-use concerns for customers who are blind or have low vision.
